JW Marriott Phoenix Desert Ridge Resort & Spa

Great luxury end hotel with lots of pools and a couple of restaurants Food was excellent and the service was good as well. The desert ridge area is on the edge of Phoenix and makes a good choice for those to wish to stay a little be further out of the downtown area.

The grass was cut frequently and the staff were very nice.

Spending a quiet evening on the lazy river and floating in a pool was very nice. we liked the bell service and the in room tv.

The service was outstanding, Everyone was friendly and very happy/helpful. I wish you would have pool noodles and two chairs in the room for both people to sit at the table to eat the wonderful room service food.

Great stay. Excellent staff. Used all the pools. The concierge pool is 150 per person. It's a little greedy. We also reserved a cabana at the spa pool and enjoyed that. Good food, drinks. We ate at all the restaurants, 26, Meritage and Roys even though Roys isn't a part of the hotel it is on-premises. We used the spa. It was a good stay. The prices have gone up but we still had a wonderful time.
